What's the Air Duct Heater 2?

2025-12-18

An industrial duct heating device is an electric heating equipment specifically installed in ventilation ducts, used to heat air or other gases. Its core working principle is to convert electrical energy into thermal energy through electrical heating and forced convection heat exchange, thereby increasing the temperature of the gas flowing through its interior.

The performance and structure of Air Duct Heater

· Thermal efficiency: Generally ≥ 0.9 (i.e. over 90%)

· Working pressure: Suitable for duct systems with a pressure of ≤ 0.3 kg/cm²

· Core component materials: The heating tubes and supports are mainly made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant

· Structural features: Support components are used to fix the electric heating tubes to reduce vibration. For medium-high temperature types, an insulation layer is provided externally.

Main application fields of Air Duct Heater

Due to its wide heating temperature range, high thermal efficiency and strong controllability, the duct heating system is widely used in various industrial fields:

· Aerospace and military industry: Used in laboratories, test wind tunnels, etc. for environments with precise and high requirements for gas temperature.

· Chemical and materials industry: Used in drying, sulfidation, and heat treatment processes of chemical raw materials, powders, textiles, etc.

· Environmental protection and energy: Applied in the heating of environmental protection projects such as desulfurization and denitrification of flue gas.

· HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning): Used in central air conditioning, air curtain machines, air handling units, etc., to provide clean hot air.

· Other industrial drying: As a heat source in drying rooms and drying tunnels in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, printing, and painting.
